Dampak Pelatih Berlisensi terhadap Peningkatan Prestasi Sekolah Sepak Bola Mitra Persada Cilongok Banyumas

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the influence of licensed coaches on improving the performance of students at Mitra Persada Soccer School, Cilongok Banyumas. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method through questionnaires administered to all active trainees during the study period. The collected data were analyzed using correlation and regression tests to determine the strength and extent of the relationship between coaching licenses and players’ skills and achievements. The findings indicate that licensed coaches have a positive and significant effect on enhancing technical, tactical, physical, mental, and training discipline aspects of players. Furthermore, licensed coaches are able to apply the Indonesian football development curriculum (Filanesia) more systematically and in a structured manner, making training programs more focused, measurable, and resulting in optimal outcomes. These results highlight the importance of improving coaches’ competencies in supporting youth player development. This study provides recommendations for soccer school managers and coaches to continuously upgrade their coaching qualifications to strengthen training quality and encourage better performance achievements in the future.
