Hubungan Kecemasan Dengan Kualitas Tidur Pada Pasien Chronic Kidney Disease Yang Menjelajahi Hemodialisa Di RS Bhakti Asih Brebes

Kecemasan pada pasien chronic kidney disease (CKD) dapat muncul akibat kekhawatiran berlebih, takut, dan merasa terancam karena pengobatan yang dijalani. Penurunan kualitas tidur merupakan salah satu dampak akibat kecemasan yang dialami oleh pasien CKD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur pada pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisa di RS Bhakti Asih Brebes. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisis di RS Bhakti Asih Brebes yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Kecemasan diukur menggunakan Zung-Self Anxiety Rating Scale (ZSAS), sementara kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-square untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti. Sebanyak 20 pasien CKD (54,1%) mengalami kecemasan ringan, sebanyak 30 pasien CKD (81,1%) memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur pada pasien CKD (X2 =7,338; p = 0,025). Terdapat hubungan antara kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur pada pasien CKD di RS Bhakti Asih Brebes. Keluarga dapat memberikan dukungan secara verbal maupun non-verbal kepada pasien untuk menurunkan kecemasan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien.
