Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor in moving the company to achieve its goals. The achievement of a company goal will only be achieved because of an effort from the actors in a company, namely to always perform well and contribute positively to the company so that it can achieve the expected goals and advance the company.

In addition, high employee performance will provide hope in achieving a goal for the company and high-performing employees will provide maximum results, where employees are required to be able to complete the responsibilities set by the company.
